What is a CVC or CSV code?
It works great. Only down side is that it has an automatic shut-off timer. If dog doesn't use it for 15 minutes or so it shuts off. Good for safety, bad for me. I have to keep turning it back on. For replacement balls, get the Kong small size tennis balls - not the XS. Kong balls last much longer than the balls the machine came with. (But of course, my dog is a chewer. Balls may last longer with non-chewer dogs.)

The distance is shorter then advertised but the dogs love it!! They had the routine down in just a few minutes!! Great exercise! I had to find the small balls at a store but they work. They refill the launcher themselves now!! So much fun!!
